There is a tree that flowers in the late spring. It’s blooms flounce, heavy with weight. Branches curve towards the soil, sinking inwards, adding additional drape. They are a dancing art piece. Petal colour range from a sometimes-soft peach to a sorbet lemon followed by a delicate, almost cream color. Colours change and soften as the flowers age.…
